Cesar began working in construction in 1999 and has spent his career on residential projects throughout the Bay Area. He worked for three local companies, developing strong carpentry skills and also serving as a foreman, which gave him experience leading crews and keeping work on schedule. He joined Lencioni in 2018 as a carpenter and has since been part of their custom home team, now working as a Foreman. He values good communication on the jobsite and takes pride in delivering the level of detail Lencioni is known for. Outside of work, he enjoys being in nature and spending time with his family and loved ones.
