The daughter of a Bay Area family-owned and operated asphalt business, Michelle began her construction career in 2013. It was her love for interior design and desire to be more connected to the client that led her to the custom home building industry in 2015, where her strengths in managing project efficiencies and budgets were recognized. Michelle values being on the Lencioni Construction team where her role and strong work ethic are integrated to provide outstanding service. In her spare time, she enjoys boating on the lake with her husband and kids, wine tasting with friends, listening to live music and finds herself most weekends watching her kids play sports. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from San Jose State University.
